Kenneth Neil Cukier is the Data Editor of The Economist in London. Earlier, he was the paper¹s Japan correspondent in 2007-12 and its technology correspondent in London in 2004-07. Previously, he was the technology editor of The Wall Street Journal Asia in Hong Kong and worked at The International Herald Tribune in Paris. From 2002 to 2004 Mr. Cukier was a research fellow at the National Center for Digital Government at Harvard¹s Kennedy School of Government, where he worked on issues of ICANN, the Internet and international relations. Additionally, Mr. Cukier serves on the board of directors of International Bridges to Justice, a Geneva-based NGO promoting legal rights in developing countries.
